“Nice hotel I would happily use again. Thank you.”

Room was excellent and I was given a free upgrade to a larger room. Thank you. Plenty of bottled water provided and room to a high standard. but the room could benefit from a proper coffee making machine rather than sachets of dried coffee. This is a minor detail but it would bring the facilities in the room up to the standards of other hotel facilities. `It didn't spoil my comfort. Breakfast was ok and I would like to have sen a better range of food in the hot Buffett to match the range of international visitors. After 4 days it becomes very underwhelming. Staff were great and did prove a lovely omelette on request

“Toilet was pathetic and staff was not cooperative”

The room was okay but missing basic amenities, and the toilet seat was awful—too low to sit on, which made it hard to use while traveling with a patient, and that was the only complaint.

“It was good but u should upgrade the rooms as well”

The hotel is close by and the staff were good, but some facilities haven’t been updated in a long time and are missing.

I had a forgotten item delivered to the airport by the staff, and the service was absolutely amazing.

“Fantastic stay”

The suite’s amenities were great, it sits right next to the mall and the breakfast was fantastic, plus housekeeping arrived promptly. However, during this second visit I couldn’t see anything that was done better than before.
