We could talk to someone on WhatsApp, which was a plus, but finding the right person for check‑in was a hassle. We were two guests and only one towel was provided; even after asking via WhatsApp on both the first and second day, we never received a second one. Cleaning was almost nonexistent—I had to unblock the shower and sink drains myself from hair and trash.
