The location is only meters from the beach, though construction is around the greenery; the breakfast is pricey and not included in an already expensive room, and my cabin only had windows at the front, making the room feel like a box with no windows.

The location right in the rainforest yet still on the beach is incredibly beautiful; the rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable; the staff are always friendly and helpful; breakfast is exceptional and reasonably priced, and dinner is also excellent.

The place is perfect, but the restaurant is very bad.

We saw many animals during our stay, and the staff were extremely friendly. However, the menu had few food options and there was no gym.

The staff were friendly, the room was fairly large and nice, and the location was right on the beach amid beautiful nature. The hygiene was poor, the food quality was low, there was only a single restaurant, and the infrastructure was lacking— the beach was not very suitable for kids, lacking shade and the sunbeds were dirty; the pool was small and not very clean. It was overpriced, marketed as premium but not worth it, and the official photos looked much better than the reality.
