The location is superb, just 5 minutes from the central station and the metro lines to the Duomo and Navigli. I didn’t find anything I disliked. I would only suggest a more eco‑friendly policy that doesn’t change towels daily. Peace.

“Lovely staff, hotel a little dated.”

The reception staff were fantastic and eager to show us around and help. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was a good size. The rooms felt dated and had no view, and the brown carpets looked worn. I booked a superior room and felt it was more like a Best Western.

“STAY HERE for Warm Welcome”

The staff were attentive and helped me shift all my bookings to the main hotel instead of the annex opposite because walking was a challenge. The location is key—just minutes from the main Milan station. Breakfast was the best I’ve had, and the room came with free soft drinks, free tea/coffee in the lobby, and free bag storage. The building is small but dependable, with two lifts. It offers a solid selection of English TV news channels (about six). The room was small but very adequate and well equipped with a fridge, air‑con, kettle, etc. When I arrived, the lobby lift button was confusing; a label “Lobby” under the button would help. There were only a few steps at the lift entrance for bags, but the staff were always ready to carry them—no ramp. There was no BBC TV listed, though.

“Boa”

Comfort and location are great. The breakfast charge is very unpleasant—unfortunately I didn’t notice it wasn’t included in the price, I paid a lot and had to pay for breakfast separately. Being approached during breakfast is annoying. They should offer accommodation to everyone, including breakfast.
