The building is gorgeous, inside a palazzo (don’t be fooled by the condo lobby’s look… inside it’s truly beautiful and well cared for!). The breakfast, both sweet and savory, is excellent! It’s close to the station and main streets (everything is walkable). Buses leave from the station to various destinations. The welcome is great. Highly recommended!

Central location, close to the station and old town. Beautiful terrace where you can sit even outside breakfast hours. The station area, however, is a bit run‑down as it often is.

The room is near the main station, about 500 m from the old town centre, so the location is top. The area feels a bit gloomy, but that’s a matter of taste. The host is very friendly and helpful. Because of the location, don’t expect to be overly quiet‑sensitive – Palermo is loud anyway. The bed mattresses are very hard, too hard for people of normal weight. I have to say this issue was present in all our holiday accommodations. The rooms are also very noisy, especially with the bathroom: you hear every toilet flush and every neighbor’s shower. We are among those who are very sensitive to sound. The room equipment is absolutely sufficient.

The B&B is wonderfully decorated, blending modernity and tradition. It wasn’t spotless – hair in the bathroom and dust under the nightstands.
