I loved the location and the staff was wonderful; the property was clean and comfortable, yet I felt the price was a bit high for the overall value.

The staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, and there was an on‑site boat marina, though the bathroom needed a deep cleaning.

We started off rough, but the staff moved us to another room and everything turned out great— the rooms feel like entire apartments, the view of the back bay is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and everything was very clean. However, the first room had a few mechanical issues and parking was inconvenient because you must use a separate lot away from the hotel.

“Major ant infestation!”

The staff upgraded us for a small extra fee and let us check in early at no cost; the view, location, and covered load were good, and the room was nice. Unfortunately, the queen bed and bathroom were infested with ants, forcing me to sleep on the couch; a flyer about the infestation was in the welcome kit but nothing was mentioned online. We checked out after one night and were told they couldn't refund the second night because we booked, so they should step up and refund that night. I have videos of the ants but can’t download them here, though I took pictures.
