If you’re after hiking and a nature‑filled setting, Toca da Suzana hits the mark. Suzana herself is super friendly, the property boasts a beautiful pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a solid bedroom—perfect for families or a group of friends. I’d go back.

“Hermoso lugar”

For anyone craving quiet, this place delivers—Mozambique beach is exactly as the photos show, a pristine stretch where I even saw riders on horses, though you have to trek several kilometres through a reserve and up sandy dunes, so a decent fitness level helps. The house is only a few blocks from the bus stop and local supermarkets, equipped with everything you need, and the shower’s water pressure is perfect for washing off sand.

The pool area was nice and the lady in charge was really flexible with our schedule. Unfortunately the pool had no lighting, so night swims were out of the question. Apart from that everything was fine, and I’d suggest it to anyone who can drive there.
