We had a great stay in Gubbio, using Civico 10 as our base for exploring the surrounding areas. The room was large enough for a three‑night stay, and the location was very central. The hosts were very communicative, giving us info about free parking and other useful things. Breakfast was provided at a nearby café and was very good. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, but that wasn't a huge problem.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot for exploring the city and is close to a free parking lot where you can leave your car. Our room was cozy, clean, and had every comfort. The breakfast was genuinely good, which deserves a mention.
