We arrived on Saturday and left on Tuesday, yet our room never got cleaned on any of those days. Whenever we arrived in the afternoon, they said they'd clean it later, but it never happened. On Saturday afternoon we ordered a meal, and the dish came with a hair tangled in the shrimp; the staff never apologized, just swapped the fork for a clean one without removing the food or offering any apology, acting as if it was normal.
