“Excellent location, comfortable.”
The place has a great location, and it’s quiet and private.
The space is very large, well‑located near Wadi Al Arbeieen and not far from Wadi Shab, and in the garden you’re completely alone and isolated to enjoy the sun and the pool. There’s nothing nearby for food! I found the place and especially the bathroom not very clean, rather old, and for Oman the price‑quality ratio is too high.

The place was a unique spot right by the beach where you can spot turtles, and it was spacious with a private pool that gave total privacy for sunbathing and enjoying; the kitchen had a good gas stove. We had booked it to use the washing machine, but it was broken, and the owners couldn't help or offer an alternative; the house wasn’t especially clean, and the kitchen supplies were left unwashed.
The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The only downside is there are no nearby rocks for fishing—just a pebble beach 😅.

I stayed in a villa with a nice outdoor pool, but the rest could use a makeover; the beds in the second room were wrapped in cellophane and the kitchen looked very old, so a restyling would help.
