The location and staff were good, but the room was dirty, a bug was on the pillow, the door handle was broken, the cloth seats were stained, the bed squeaked, breakfast was awful, smelled bad, the mirror in the bath had toothpaste stains, the bath drain and grab bar were dirty/moldy, the AC was loud and smelled, and it was noisy—so I left after one night because I couldn’t sleep.

Typical Hampton Inn with a clean bedroom and pleasant staff, but the dining area was very dirty, furniture was stained, there weren’t enough clean tables, and construction next door was messy—so I think we paid too much for this hotel compared to most Hampton Inns.

They supplied plenty of towels, but the instant hit of a musty, moldy odor as soon as you stepped in was brutal – swapping the carpet for laminate would really cut that smell.
