The room was very spacious, well equipped, and the beds were comfortable; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for our purposes in White Plains.

The location was perfect and the hotel was clean, though a bit dated. The staff were friendly but didn’t know much about the area. The buffet breakfast was good and hot, but by 9 pm it was a bit soggy, so earlier is better. There was no bar, and the restaurant next door was closed on Tuesdays.

I was upset that the lock on my room door malfunctioned on the first night, forcing me to open it without a key; I called the front desk, maintenance arrived but said he couldn’t fix it that night, and the next day I got a new room as requested, which the staff handled well. However, on the second night the TVs failed, maintenance had to come and replace a part, and he managed to get the TVs working again.

The breakfast was tasty and the facilities were clean, but given how pricey the room was, I felt a $20 + tax daily parking fee was excessive; parking should have been included or capped at no more than $10 per day for hotel guests.
