The staff were the only bright spot, but we found ants in the room and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly; after reporting it, it took three days to fix. The fridge required an extra €7.50 per day, which felt excessive, and the room wasn’t soundproof, so loud music from outside could be heard until midnight, making it hard to sleep. The AC duct was leaking water. We booked a half‑board stay, yet the food quality was disappointing. Overall, the staff were kind, helpful, and courteous, but several issues ruined the experience.
