The staff were super friendly and helpful, but the bed felt very hard compared to other hotels we stay in.

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and shopping, yet we had to clean our bathroom because someone’s hair was in our tub. Our room was never cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk for towels, toilet paper, and to dispose of our own trash. The “full” breakfast consisted of sliced Polish sausage, cold potatoes, dry egg frittatas, oatmeal, bagels, and yogurt.

The breakfast was good, but the door was ajar when we arrived and we found black hair in the bathroom trash can.
