“Friendly Staff”
The night manager, John, was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and attentive to every small detail. He made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, proving himself an invaluable asset.

The room is pleasant, the bed is comfortable, and we stay here each time we visit our daughter.

The place sits in a good spot, but there were too few towels, breakfast was very sparse, and we couldn’t eat in the room because of an ant issue. The elevator was broken and the hotel was too warm to climb the stairs.

The bed was comfortable, the pool stayed clean and cool, and the colored lights inside made it fun for the kid. The breakfast didn’t offer much variety.
