This Bavarian‑style hotel felt friendly thanks to the staff, and we enjoyed easy access across the street to Leavenworth’s main drag; the night clerk was especially welcoming to all guests, and the kitchen team served a pleasant breakfast.

The room was comfortable, but during a frequent stay at the BL I found a long black hair in my breakfast eggs; I informed the staff, they removed my plate, and they were nice.

The property has many positives, foremost excellent customer service, a clean and comfortable room for my wife and me, and a prime spot right across from Front Street; breakfast was delicious and the coffee the best we’ve had compared to other places, and overall we had no obvious issues with the Bavarian Lodge, which prepared everything superbly.

I really liked it. The room is gorgeous, just as I pictured, and the balcony is the right size.
