The staff service was excellent. The wifi was broken.

Location and thank goodness the windows opened. The sewage smell from the shower drain and sink were overpoweringly disgusting. I told the woman at the check-in desk and she replied "Oh yes, sorry" I don't think this was the 1st time she had heard this complaint

It’s a cute place, every detail is well cared for, the staff are attentive, and the location is superb.
The location is very good, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Booking says there is parking, but there isn’t; finding parking in Querétaro centro is very hard and the rates are very high.
