Good location and good breakfast, with a bike path right next to the hotel. Emails were not answered, and the price for this room was overpriced. The TV channels ZDF and RTL were missing and that was not clarified. The lamps were broken, beer cost €6.50 per liter, and the self‑service room cleaning and fresh towels only came if you asked for them; otherwise no one came (we had no vacation rental).

Sehr nettes Personal,unkompliziertes Check in/Check out,sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Zimmer,Grösse war ausreichend,Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee,Wasserflache .alles da! Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer,Frühstück war top,es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas! Personal ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder!

The location was excellent, especially the activities offered (canoe, bike) were great (Peter was fantastic!). The dining was disappointing; breakfast was partly allocated, no coffee specialties, no vegetarian options like oat milk, and the other meals were low‑quality snacks at disproportionately high prices—hardly recommended. For the beautiful setting and very accommodating staff, a better quality and price‑performance ratio is needed. The rooms were very noisy, otherwise okay. The bathroom was cramped, but it was fine for a short stay.
