Everything online was fine, yet the room was plagued by truck traffic noise.

The room was very cozy, especially the bed, and I slept better than I expected; having a fridge and freezer in the room was a bonus, and the place was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. I didn’t realize it was an unstaffed property until later that day, and when I learned it was a second‑floor room with no elevator while I was using a cane, a message promised a first‑floor switch, but when I called for help there were no rooms left.
The check‑in was secure, with room and front‑door codes sent by text, but the sink area lacked shelves or a counter.
