The location, parking, pool, and rooms were all acceptable. However, the lift is manually operated like in old government offices, and guests often left it open so it never reached the ground floor. When I called staff, they had to go up to bring the lift. The reception area is cramped and two staff members struggled to handle quick check‑ins and check‑outs.

The property is well kept and spotless. The downside is that in‑house guests must pay to enter the casino.
