The room was spacious, which I appreciated, and the complimentary coffee tasted fantastic; however, the window wouldn’t open and the pillow was far too high for my liking.

The female staff member was wonderful. The bathroom walls and floor had dirt, and there were holes in the shoji.

We got a spacious room with comfortable futons after asking for two each, and the staff were very helpful. The site said we’d have two beds, but they were futons. The décor was tired and there were no English explanations. The hotel was outside town, and the price on the day was much cheaper than when we booked.
