The room stayed scorching all night; I spoke to the front‑desk lady in the morning, and she said they’d have to check it, but if she didn’t believe me I was too exhausted to say anything. We ended up closing ourselves in the back room where the only working AC was, and my son’s allergies worsened until we left.

“Good location, easy check-in, but if you want clean towels you have to go get them yourself!”

The check‑in staff was very friendly and had us settled in a couple of minutes. However, they never emptied the trash, never took out dirty towels, and never brought clean ones.

The housekeepers were amazing, but the front desk staff were rude and had poor customer service. The pool was disgusting, with crackheads and homeless people everywhere, and there were strange activities going on; people complained about noise and said they needed to worry about the activities.

The location was great, but the breakfast menu was disappointingly limited. My family and I spent the whole day away and when we came back the room hadn’t been cleaned; the sheets were dirty.

Red flying ants covered the ceiling and fell onto the bed. I called to change rooms, but the host said nothing could be done because it was late. I worked until midnight and had to be up at 7, so I didn’t sleep. The service was very unprofessional; I’ll warn everyone not to stay here. The water was cold, there was hair in the tub, and trash on the floor—gross.
