I stayed at a brand‑new hotel that was super comfortable, with a room that had everything I needed for an amazing stay, and its spot in the Nampo area was spot on. Nothing else to add.

The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants right downstairs and a 7‑Eleven right across the hotel, plus the metro station was very close. The building is 20 floors high and only has three elevators, which are small and take a while to wait for.

The location in Nampo was great; we stayed on the 19th floor and stepping out onto the balcony was a spectacle both day and night. The room was spacious, with a separate walk‑in closet, a comfortable mattress, a large combo fridge, excellent air‑conditioning and lights with adjustable brightness. There were several fast elevators, never taking more than four minutes to arrive, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. We couldn’t use the kitchen fire for cooking or the ironing cabinet, and the front‑desk staff barely spoke English. Checking in was a bit confusing because the same building houses residences and two or three hotels, with the reception on the third floor.

They were able to accommodate an unexpected early check‑in, which really helped me out. It would have been better if the toilet paper could be flushed, and the door noises on the same floor were a little distracting.
