An amazing experience from start to finish. The Ark Hotel is truly a beautiful place. The views are spectacular, the heated pool in the Master Suite makes even those windy Santorini days feel warm and luxurious, and the service is second to none. Every member of staff we have interacted with has been a pleasure, super helpful and kind, and always welcoming. The room was cleaned really well every day, and the minibar restocked. If I had to find one area for improvement, it would be that water is not provided free of charge. It’s easy enough to get from the supermarket of course, but it would be nice if simple still water was restocked daily. About coming with a car, it’s very convenient to have a parking lot next to the property, and there is plenty of space on the street if it becomes full. Breakfast every day was lovely - the coffee and fruit selection in particular. Pyrgos Kallistis is our favourite place in Santorini - as it has amazing restaurants, views, and things to see and do; but far away from the crazy busy spots like Oia and Fira. I definitely recommend heading up the monastery if you visit, it’s incredible. We’d also like to thank Giannis and Konstanina for the amazing massages we received. We booked through Ark’s ‘experiences’ menu - and wow they did not disappoint. My wife had a full body treatment with Konstantina which left her feeling fresh and relaxed. I had a deep tissue massage with Giannis, and felt reborn. I highly recommend booking treatments with them if you stay here! We want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Ark who made our honeymoon so wonderful - we can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ark. This was our second visit, and once again everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are stylish, comfortable and wonderfully quiet, and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing. What really stands out is the extremely professional, friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Ark and would definitely love to return again! The only small point for improvement would be to provide an updated bus timetable. The timetable currently available does not seem to match the actual bus times. Having the correct and up‑to‑date schedule would be very helpful for guests.
