The staff at this hotel are lovely - really helpful and kind.
The room was clean, comfy and quiet, and breakfast had a huge selection.
The location's not in the centre of Madrid, but there's a bus stop right outside and a metro a short walk away.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the snack offer saved us a lot of money. The room was spacious and spotless, so I’ll definitely book it again for my next trip to Madrid.
The beds were comfortable and the attention was excellent; the service was spectacular. Everything else was perfect.
