The structure is marvelous, with a tiny terrace on top of the tower that alone justifies the stay—ideal for two glasses of wine and a sunset! The room is spacious with two separate sleeping areas, yet the motion sensor in the hallway before the bathroom can wake other guests every time someone uses the bathroom.

The location is wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful, but the breakfast was somewhat disappointing, especially for an Italian breakfast.

Nice spot for this tastefully decorated place in a wonderfully arranged little town. Everything was as described. If you have a small vehicle, you can park right outside the door and unload luggage; otherwise the parking for this Tuscan mountain village is only a few steps away and almost flat. Inside the house and in the apartment there are steps of different sizes, so you have to watch your footing. The concrete floors are practical and easy to clean, but they look worn out quickly – still okay. We would also like to know why there are rarely mosquito nets, at least in our experience with accommodations in Italy.

A great find out in the middle of nowhere, super quiet. The rooms matched the description – clean, spacious, nothing to complain about. No negatives.

The mattress is good and the night is quiet, but the noise becomes annoying if the guests on the upper floor walk too carelessly on the wooden floor.
