The breakfast tasted good and the portions were plenty, but the restaurant staff didn't clear tables left by earlier diners, so we had to ask them to wipe our table clean; after spilling water on the floor I used a paper napkin to mop it up and was shocked at how filthy the floor was.

I had a great picnic dinner by the outdoor fireplace and played some cornhole, but walking to an ocean view was possible yet the view from the property itself was nonexistent, which felt a bit pricey given the description.

Location was beautiful grounds were nice - very nice coastal walking path right across the road. Wonderful if traveling with a dog. We stayed four nights and our room wasn't cleaned once, I don't require every day service but two out of the 4 days to empty trash offer towels give more coffee would have been standard to me. We were out of our room from 7:30 am onwards as my dog needs exercise, no one knocked when we were back in room
