The only thing I liked was that a staff member named Anil was really helpful and courteous, but the whole hotel was a mess. I was disappointed with several aspects: 1) They advertised an airport shuttle, but when I asked, they told me to pay for it myself at the airport and offered me a good service instead; I ended up paying about 30 dollars to an unknown driver who charged far more than a taxi, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. 2) When I asked the front desk about the shuttle, the staff member’s tone was very rude and he was not courteous. 3) The room was a mess; the bed seemed to have bedbugs or something, as something was itching my body. 4) The bathroom was also a mess, with the drain plug open and dirty water visible; I could hardly finish a toilet with such a dirty atmosphere. The lobby stank badly. Spending 10,000 rupees plus an extra 16,000 rupees (the taxi driver took advantage of my situation and robbed me) for a total of 94 dollars, I would have stayed in a better 5‑star hotel with that money, with a cleaner bathroom, cleaner bed, nicer atmosphere, a courteous front desk, and a free airport shuttle. I strongly advise against this hotel, which ruined your trip with false advertising of airport transfer.

The AC wasn’t working at all, and the fan was jammed and sounded like a generator; even when I tried to iron my clothes, they burned.

The rooms were smelly and there was a lot of noise at midnight from staff laughing in the corridors, which disturbed our sleep and made it hard to focus on our meetings.

Peace and cleanliness. Im going there from 5 years but this time I got disappointed when we have to switch room multiple times. At one room Ac was not working then in the 2nd room there was space issue and at third room there was issue in washroom
