“Convenient and affordable place to stay in Mt Shasta City.”

The staff handled my requests quickly and kindly, and I never felt like a burden; the room was clean and attractive, and the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. The location was convenient in town, but it was very noisy early in the morning. The windows and room were sound‑proof as long as the window stayed closed, though I prefer to keep it slightly open for sleep, which caused me to wake up early. I slept well overall.

“Great place all around”

More roomy than expected. Excellent customer service. Great location. Best value in Mt Shasta city. Would stay again. ALL GOOOD

The hotel was close to the places I wanted to visit in Mount Shasta, but it missed some basic amenities like a coffee maker.

“Excellent service. Above and beyond.”

The owners were outstanding: they were very helpful when my son was hospitalized after a fall at Shasta Summit, and they didn’t try to take advantage of our situation. Their kindness warmed our hearts, and their compassion made our short stay pleasant, so I’ll definitely recommend them for future mountaineering trips. The hospitable couple running the inn were truly wonderful. Mercy Hospital staff even referred us and texted them for help, so they let us check in early after an all‑night emergency and a six‑hour drive for our injured son. I can’t think of any negatives—they went above and beyond to accommodate us.
