The hotel is well located. The staff tried hard throughout and accommodated me with a mix of local currency and card payment. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was limited for most of my stay, only expanding towards the end. As a vegetarian, options were sparse—just eggs and toast with jam besides. Ordering dinner or lunch took a long time.

This place is probably the best hotel in town. Everything was great, clean, and the Wi‑Fi worked most of the time, which is unusual in Ethiopia. The pool was fine, though I was likely the only person using it. I recommend the restaurant; I don’t think the food is pricier than elsewhere. A big plus was the ability to pay by card and the menu being in English.

The staff were polite and kind. The floor was clean. 1 – We booked a double room online for my son and me, but the reception told us we couldn’t share a room and forced us to pay extra. 2 – The bathroom/toilet doesn’t work. 3 – The mixed shower tap doesn’t work; water either runs cold or hot. 4 – Poor equipment in the gym.
