“Great quiet place within walking distance to our son's house as well as our grandson's school.”

I loved the location because it was VERY close to my family. Everything was great except one issue mentioned below: the back bedroom with twin beds lacked a blind or curtain to darken the room; it seemed as if it had once existed but was removed and not replaced or repaired.

The toilets are tricky to use; after showering the entire floor gets wet, which is the only gripe I have. Otherwise everything is great—parking is handy, rooms are spacious, and the living and dining areas are large. The shower area, toilet bowl, and vanity share the same space, and the toilet floor lacks a curb. After showering, the whole floor gets wet; the owner should provide a rubber floor scraper so we can wipe it down.

“Nice”

The unit is very comfortable and generally clean. The bathroom, however, has a strong humidity smell and the layout isn’t very user‑friendly.

The room space is good and the environment is quiet. Some small areas could use improvement: 1) After arriving, I didn’t know where to find the owner or front desk. 2) The shoe cabinet in the room had a pair of cloth shoes that I didn’t recognize, and the cabinet’s cleanliness could be better. 3) There was no doormat in the bathroom, so after showering my feet were wet and I had to step directly on the floor. 4) One room had no hangers or hooks, so I didn’t know where to hang clothes. 5) Another room lacked a mirror. 6) A mirror hung too high on the bathroom door wall made it hard to see myself. 7) The kitchen had no cloth for wiping.
