The hotel was close to all the nicer places I could have stayed at, yet the rooms were unclean, the phone went unanswered, there was no ice bucket in the room and I had to ask for one because they no longer offer them, the facilities were in disrepair, paint was peeling, and there were more issues that could be listed.

I can’t even give this place a half star; the towels are charged even if they’re just a little dirty, and a direct deposit can take 5‑7 business days to return to your bank.
