I had no positive experiences at all. The room stank badly, with a horrible damp smell that clung everywhere. Every time I pulled the toilet handle, a weird odor came out. The staff couldn't speak any English. The room was covered in cobwebs, and the window faced a wall with no natural light. Even the sheets were disgusting, so I wouldn't recommend this place.

I booked a day‑use for showering and leaving my bag, so that worked. However, I don't think I'd book it for an overnight stay. The facility is pretty old, but you get what you pay for.

Very good location, cozy guesthouse. Only 2 minutes to Kata beach, the best beach. Very good room rates, good staff. Peter, the Swedish owner, was available for any question. I was super satisfied and stayed there for 7 weeks from December to January 2023‑2024. No complaints.
