I always enjoyed my stays here until recently,. We were a family of 5 with 2 bowls, 3 plates and 2 glasses so we weren't able to utilize the kitchen as much as we liked the top sheet in the bedroom had blood on it

Location was great. Walking distance into town and Basin. Room was a good size. The property is so run down and so very dated. Very, very basic. Was asked at reception if we wanted daily towel changes, we said yes. Not once was it done. Had to ask every day for fresh towels and hand towels. So no checking of toilet paper, hand wash wash etc. All signs outdated. No sky, no spa. Please take down your signs and update your room compendium. All out dated, old , tired. Room configuration totally weird. Plate, cups etc, obviously never checked, old, stained and dirty. Would I ever stay again.NO
