“Decepción, que espero se arregle”
The proximity to the airport, attentive and friendly staff, and a comfortable breakfast were positives. However, the first night’s cleanliness was acceptable, but the last night was disappointing: dirty sheets, a filthy bathroom, and mold on the windows overlooking the garden and pool, which looked beautiful but had opaque stains. The place has great potential and good staff, yet cleanliness and hygiene are essential; it’s a matter of health, not luxury.
