The hotel feels like a family-run spot and the size was just right for us. Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection of breads and muesli that was a real treat. A dedicated space for hiking gear—shoes, poles, etc.—was very handy. The parking spot in the hotel garage costs Fr. 15.-- per day, which is pretty steep, and parking itself is not exactly easy.

The location was very central yet quiet, the beds were large and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was abundant and tasty, but the room was good and we could only open the smaller of the two windows—ideally the larger one should also be operable for better ventilation.
