Right in the center of town and easy to get around, the pool and fire pit area were a highlight and breakfast was excellent, but we arrived to a newly renovated room that felt unfinished—lights on, no towels, etc.—though we understand the place is busy.

The check‑in was scheduled for 4 pm, yet our room wasn’t ready until after 6 pm, which is outrageous for over $200 a night.

The rooms were spacious and immaculate, but check‑in took about 30 minutes with no one at the front desk and a long line; a few staff members passed by without speaking, and only when a crowd of about 12 people formed did more employees appear, with Steven finally assisting me pleasantly when it was my turn.

Everything was close by, making it a convenient stay.

The room was clean is all i can say!. you said it had been completely remodeled, the lobby was the ONLY thing that had been remodeled! The halls were dark, nasty and scary to our room! we had to use back elevator to the pool, which also was very scary!. Overall atmosphere was awful!
