“Si no CAMBIAN para mejor se irán a la quiebra!”
It used to belong to a great chain, but after the ownership change the quality has dropped. The housekeeping was poor, leaving food crumbs on the nightstand and in the wall corners, and the king‑size mattress sagged without support. They no longer clean daily, have removed little courtesies like disposable tissues and door signage, and the room key was deactivated each day, forcing me to go back to the lobby repeatedly. The staff seemed reluctant to help, the front‑yard garden looked dry and neglected, and the windows were stained, showing they aren’t cleaned often. All in all, it was a disappointment compared to the former Red Roof.

The location was good, yet the hotel feels very old, unclean, and most guests appear to be construction workers or similar tradespeople.

What I loved most was the staff’s extraordinary treatment, though the pool could have stayed open an hour longer.
