The location was just next to Kogur station, convenient for shopping and eating, the room had a massage chair, great after a walk. The parking at the first floor entrance was a parking tower that charged 1300 yen, and staff didn't mention the fee beforehand.

Being close to the station and having a bustling district was helpful. The room was spacious and had a zero‑pressure mattress, which was useful.

Access from Kogur station was good and there were many commercial facilities and restaurants nearby. Every front desk staff member was courteous and polite.
