The location was great, but the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired.
The room was spacious and located between Jamsillaru and the Sports complex station, but the soundproofing was poor—corridor noise disturbed my sleep, the bathroom ceiling seemed to leak with a constant drip, and when the toilet paper ran out at midnight I went up to the lobby only to find the owner also had none.

The location was good, but the air‑conditioner drain was connected to the shower room, so the sound of water draining from the drain was annoying.

The place was wonderful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the iron, washing machine, free water, and the excellent cleaning.

The location was fine and there was a laundry on site, yet the triple room lacked storage, the bathroom had no wardrobe, breakfast was served in the room with noodles, coffee, milk, corn flakes, and sliced bread, and I had to ask for the large towels that were otherwise only provided as hand towels.
