The staff were not friendly or professional; they forgot the spa booking, had issues with the booking through Booking, and struggled to apologize or offer solutions.

The staff and their service were fine, but everything else was lacking. The food showed no effort, the place was small and noisy, the price seemed high for an old hotel with a small room, and the Spartan event should have lowered the nightly rate because of the noise it caused. They even played loud music as early as 7 am. In short, I wasted my holiday in a place where I couldn’t rest and paid more than other larger hotels nearby.
