The property location was nice. The lady manager was very sweet and welcoming and the shorter woman with glasses was nice as well. Ok let’s start. When we got there the whole floor smelt like burn popcorn. We get into the hotel my son(10 yrs old) dropped his phone and went to pick it up on the front of the bed and found a dirty bottle with old molded milk in it. The sheets were ripped to where my 3 year old was putting the cotton or material in her mouth. Then we couldn’t sleep the whole time we were there. The people above us kept doing the most sounded like moving furniture, jumping, falling or I don’t even know what till 2 am the woke up the next day at 7 and did the same thing. (Yes I know this isn’t the property problem) but I did call almost each night to respectfully ask them to pls ask the people above us to be courteous. Idk if it was done but over all we won’t be back to this location again

I liked the location and the room was clean, but a weird, not horrible but unpleasant smell lingered in the lobby and my room; the staff was okay, and I felt like I was bothering the lady who checked me in; the A/C worked well, yet when I woke in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I turned on the light and saw roaches in the bathroom and by the door—yuck!

“okay stay wont stay again”

I liked how clean it was. The whole time of my stay, we had no Wi‑Fi in our room. The TV barely worked; I had to cast Netflix to it. When we told staff, they said they’d check it, but never did, so we just dealt with no Wi‑Fi for the entire weekend. Breakfast could have been better, and they could swap the sausage for bacon occasionally. The orange juice tasted like water; the only good thing was the coffee with the blue label.
