The hotel sits right in the heart of the medina, a great spot, clean rooms, and good value for the price. The room with a balcony overlooking the square was nice, but it got a bit noisy over the weekend.

Nothing to mention. The room and the stairs were a problem, there was no elevator, and check‑in started at 15:00, not from noon as expected.

The staff and location are the only positives. The bathroom and shower curtain were extremely old and dirty, with hair on the shower wall. The hotel definitely needs a renovation, but the receptionists were kind and helpful.

The staff were helpful. The beds were very hard, cleaning could improve – the girls did a decent job but should do better, and the hotel overall needs improvement.
