Great breakfast included, and dinner at a local Italian restaurant with a wide menu. The location is perfect, close to the steam train stop and the bus, and parking is available right at the hotel. The room is spacious, making it an ideal base for day trips around the area.

Breakfast was good, the facilities and room were fine, and the location was good. Everything was fine overall, except for the weather 😏.

My room was plain, clean, and had a modern, large bathroom; the breakfast was very good, and the stop for the Zittauer Kleinbahn is only a few metres away.

The staff were very friendly and the owner outstanding. The décor is very rustic yet attractive, and the Italian food was a particularly tasty experience. Whenever I have questions, the staff and owner are always available and they lead you into truly great conversations. I would book there again and again! On the downside, I personally would have liked the option to pay by card at the restaurant or at least a notice that only cash is accepted, but that’s a minor gripe at a high level.

The location is beautiful, suitable for walking or cycling trips, the breakfast is varied, and the bonus is that the guesthouse doubles as a restaurant, so you don’t have to worry about dinner. Excellent pizzeria. No complaints.
