The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of high‑quality products and continuous restocking. The location is fantastic, just 50 m from the metro stop at Piazza d’Orleans, from which all destinations can be reached quickly. The bed was spacious and comfortable; only the pillows were a bit too high for my taste but still acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and in Paris that’s not something to take for granted.

The location was convenient—just a 2‑minute walk to the metro, tram, and bus. After checking in, a hotel employee entered the room without asking or knocking to unpack our luggage; we were shocked that this could happen. It turned out to be a tech specialist who came to fix a clogged toilet. We thought such work should happen before check‑in, but he seemed to have cleared it. Then the TV remote stopped working and was replaced. We considered changing rooms but stayed. A few days later, the shower door was broken—apparently the cleaner had been scrubbing it too hard. We reported it, but instead of fixing the door, they just removed it and took it away. Maybe we were unlucky with the room, but everything seemed to break.

Everything was pretty much fine, except that the heating wasn’t turned on throughout the hotel so it was a bit cold, but overall it was okay.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Unsere Vorstellungen/Ansprüche wurden vollständig erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 km von den bekanntesten Sehenwürdigkeiten entfernt. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Für die Fahrten stehen auch Taxen sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, Aussattung völlig in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer befand sich in der 6. Etage, zur Straße gelegen und hatte einen schönen Balkon. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es auch in der Nacht ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal steht rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und ist sehr freundlich. Da fällt mir nichts ein
