It’s a great spot, but the restaurant needs a smoke‑free zone; the food itself is superb.

It’s a natural park for RVs, not for private cars, and you’ll be charged just like an open parking lot—there are no hotel rooms, no beds, only a public bathroom. The host didn’t respond to my email, so I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay sleeping in your own car.

“We like Lakeside RV, we'll be back.”

The spot by the lake was great, and the RV pad offered plenty of room, but there was an awful amount of duck or goose droppings on or near the area, and the sprinklers drenched my stuff on the pad, flooding the space.

The landscape was stunning, complete with a lake and various amenities, yet a neighbor took my parking spot twice while I was away.
