The location was excellent, on a central street near the metro, and the room and bathroom were superb.

The place was in a great spot and the room was large and comfy; they let us check in early and the staff were very friendly and attentive. A couple of chairs on the balcony would have been nice.

The spot was fine, but the room was small and uncomfortable, the walls were ugly, dirty, and covered in black marks. There was no mirror in the room—only in the bathroom. We couldn't use the coffee service because we had to leave the room and set it up in a corner among other rooms, which was impractical. I visit Naples often and have booked other places; this one is definitely the worst. I'm sorry.
