Location is super - easy access to Paris highlights and plenty of dining options.
Wonderful staff who could not do enough for us but were never intrusive.
Our room was very comfortable.
The hotel has a lovely lounge with complementary snacks and wine including champagne in the afternoon.

“This felt special”
Location, location, location; great common area with plenty of places to sit in a stylish area; free beverages, coffee, tea in the common area; free spirits from 1 PM until 2 AM (at least for the package I paid for.). We also very much appreciated. How the hotel had set the temperature in the room quite low, who was haunted while we were there and although the French often don’t have AC, I appreciated the fact that this hotel uses it liberally. Not specific to this property, it’s a typical French hotel room, which is small by American standards
Service, convenience, cleanliness, and coziness stood out.
Perfect location with very easy access to a variety of great restaurants and tourist attractions. Loved the unpretentious but sophisticated public areas in the hotel along with the generous snack and cocktail periods. Staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

The location is great, staff are friendly and attentive, and the public spaces feel elegant and comfortable. After a day of sightseeing, a glass of wine at the hotel lifts the fatigue. Saint‑Germain Esprit gives you a sense of home. It would have been better if the room had a USB‑C charging port. The bathroom windows are treated specially, but there are no curtains or shower curtains, so I felt a bit uneasy while showering, and the bathtub edge isn’t very clean.
