The staff and manager were very helpful and smiling. It’s next to the night market, very well located near the Mekong, and a Starbucks is 500 m away. There are local and non‑local networks two corners away. The sixth‑floor family room let in ants and other insects even though the terrace door wasn’t open; it was spacious but my daughter was bitten a lot at night. The fourth‑floor room didn’t have that problem.

The spot, the staff, and the cleanliness were all good, yet the mattress felt extremely soft, and the balcony room was noisy from nightclubs until the early mornings.
