“Příjemné rodinné ubytování v centru Třeboně :-)”

We really enjoyed staying at the guesthouse. The accommodation was unexpected—essentially a garden house—but it was cozy, clean, and had a charming family vibe. The location was great, close to the town and castle, though the train and bus stations were a bit farther if you’re traveling that way like we did. I highly recommend a walk to the nearby Kaufland and the lovely residential area that enchanted us. I appreciated being able to leave used dishes in the kitchenette and finding them clean when I returned. The owner was very kind and helpful, and I’m giving extra points for the cat Mikeš. The communication about payment before arrival was a little confusing, but we sorted it out. I missed a standard sink in the room so I had to use the shared kitchen or tap water in the bathroom. The Wi‑Fi was weak, but if you don’t need to work it’s not a big deal. I would have liked opaque film on the front doors for more privacy.

“Doporučuji na krátký pobyt”

The owner is very pleasant, the accommodation is in the centre, and parking opposite the guesthouse on the estate is free. Next to the guesthouse you can have a great breakfast, and for dinner there’s a kebab place, a pharmacy, etc. Nearby is the Plzeňská tavern with good food. You can store bikes, and there’s a coffee capsule machine; you can leave dishes on the table if you don’t wash them. The terrace opens onto a courtyard where you can relax in the evening. Rooms are clean, the bed is great. The only downside is the staircase to the first floor.

The accommodation sits a short walk from the castle and the Svět pond, with a supermarket just across the street. The room is quiet, spacious, and tastefully furnished; we even had a lovely garden to sit in. Everything was perfectly cleaned, the towels smelled great, and the owners were friendly and helpful. Some might find the ground‑floor room a bit exposed, as people sometimes pass by the windows, but curtains are available. The bathroom’s sink is a touch small; a larger one would fit, though it’s only a minor detail.

“Výborná lokalita, klid a vše potřebné pro pohodlný pobyt.”

The location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from the city centre. The apartment sits in a courtyard, so even with the proximity to the centre it was almost silent. There was a nice outdoor seating area, free coffee pods as a thoughtful touch, a new air‑conditioning unit and external blinds that made sleeping comfortable, and parking was hassle‑free. The furnishings are a bit dated, which is common for many apartments in Třeboň, and there were a few minor technical quirks, but none affected my stay.
